Expert for Packaging & (Plastics) Recycling / Auditor for Standards of Recycled Products (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Auditing according to the standards of sustainable programs with a focus on recycling and bio-based plastics, and thus auditing compliance with the standards in the companies
- Planning and completion of the audits as a lead auditor (f/m/d) in compliance with the accreditation requirements and the procedural guideline
- Examination of documents and procedures at the customer’s site
- Record compliance and deviations as well as processes
- Evaluation of the evidence viewed during and after the audits in the form of a report
- Preparation of certification decisions and evaluation of audit reports from the entire value chain (raw material production, processing, trade)
- Involvement in communication with authorities and communication with the standard organization
- telephone (international) customer contact and/or with colleagues
Your profile:
- A completed academic education in the fields of chemistry, packaging, recycling, environmental sciences or similar
- Or a corresponding vocational training in the packaging or recycling sector and, if necessary, further training
- Or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- An understanding of technical and physical/chemical relationships as well as a practical, mathematical basic understanding
- Confident handling of common Office programs
- Confident written and spoken English, German C1 Level
- Driving licence class B
- Ideally already an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA)
