Expert for Packaging & (Plastics) Recycling / Auditor for Standards of Recycled Products (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Auditing according to the standards of sustainable programs with a focus on recycling and bio-based plastics, and thus auditing compliance with the standards in the companies
  • Planning and completion of the audits as a lead auditor (f/m/d) in compliance with the accreditation requirements and the procedural guideline
  • Examination of documents and procedures at the customer’s site
  • Record compliance and deviations as well as processes
  • Evaluation of the evidence viewed during and after the audits in the form of a report
• Preparation of certification decisions and evaluation of audit reports from the entire value chain (raw material production, processing, trade)
• Involvement in communication with authorities and communication with the standard organization
• telephone (international) customer contact and/or with colleagues

Your profile:

• A completed academic education in the fields of chemistry, packaging, recycling, environmental sciences or similar
• Or a corresponding vocational training in the packaging or recycling sector and, if necessary, further training
• Or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• An understanding of technical and physical/chemical relationships as well as a practical, mathematical basic understanding
• Confident handling of common Office programs
• Confident written and spoken English, German C1 Level
• Driving licence class B
• Ideally already an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA)
