Auditor (m/f/d) – Sustainable Biofuels and Biomass

We at Control Union Certifications Germany are currently looking for Auditors for sustainable biofuels and biomass according to ISCC (EU, PLUS, CORSIA) / RedCert / SURE and potentially other standards.

Location: Nationwide in Germany

Start Date: Immediately

Contract Type: Full-time, open-ended

Your tasks

• Planning and conducting audits as Lead Auditor (m/f/d) in compliance with accreditation requirements and procedural guidelines
• Reviewing documents and procedures at the client’s site
• Recording compliance, deviations, and processes
• Evaluating the evidence reviewed during and after audits in the form of a report
• Submitting the report and all records and evidence to the certification body on time and in the correct format
• Promoting customer loyalty through high-quality audits and professional conduct
• Communicating program guidelines and requirements to clients as needed

Your profile

• A completed academic degree in agricultural or environmental sciences, renewable energy, or similar
  OR equivalent vocational training in the agricultural, environmental, or energy sector and, if applicable, further education
  AND at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Understanding of technical and physical/chemical relationships as well as practical mathematical skills
• Willingness to travel, primarily within Germany
• Class B driver’s license
• Proficient German (C1 level) and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications

• Are tactful and confident in dealing with intercultural work contacts
