Wir haben den EKO Sustainable Textile Standard entwickelt, den ersten Standard für die Textilindustrie, der sich mit Nachhaltigkeit befasst.     Request a textile certification or verification

    Click on the ‚apply now‘ link on the left to begin the application process for GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, CCS. For the RWS, RDS, RAS and RMS please contact us, and we can send you a separate application form to be filled and returned to us. The verification programs will include an application process.

    Receive the offer letter

    Once we have your application(s), we will provide you with an offer letter that will indicate the price and scope of your certification.

    Accept and get your audit plan

    Upon accepting and signing, we will contact you about setting up dates for your audit. Once an auditor is assigned to your audit, an agenda and audit plan will be sent to prepare for your audit. At the close of your audit, the auditor will indicate if any non-compliances have been found and agree to the deadlines of the corrective actions.

    Audit review

    Your audit results will be reviewed by a secondary person, called the certifier, who ultimately decides whether certification will be granted. If you had corrective actions to approach, these need to be sent in for the review process to begin.

    Get your Certification / Get your attestation or score that has been reported.

    Certifications If the results have been approved, you will be contacted to receive your certification. If the results were not satisfactory, you will need to submit your corrective actions within the agreed time frame or pause your certification until such time as you are ready. For verifications, if results are not satisfactory, you will be required to wait a period of time to begin the process again.

    Der Prozess hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab, z. B. davon, wie viele Standorte und Produkte in Ihr Audit einbezogen werden müssen (der so genannte Scope), wie lange Sie brauchen, um Verstöße abzustellen (falls es welche gibt), und von der Verfügbarkeit der Prüfer(innen). Als Anhaltspunkt können Sie sich jedoch einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 4 Monaten vorstellen.

    CDie Zertifikate haben eine Gültigkeit von einem Jahr und können problemlos verlängert werden. Wenn sich Ihr Prüfungsumfang im Laufe des Jahres ändert, müssen Sie Ihr zuständiges Control Union Büro benachrichtigen, damit dieses feststellen kann, ob eine zusätzliche Prüfung erforderlich ist. Das Büro wird sich in den Monaten vor der nächsten Prüfung mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um eventuelle Änderungen in Ihrem Prüfungsumfang zu erfragen.

    Ja, sobald Sie zertifiziert sind und Ihr Zertifikat erhalten haben, können Sie Transaktionszertifikate in Auftrag geben. Sie erhalten ein Online-Konto, über das Sie Transaktionszertifikate beantragen können.

    Der Preis wird von dem zuständigen Control Union Büro in Ihrer Region/Ihrem Land festgelegt. Er richtet sich danach, was in Ihrem Audit enthalten ist, d. h. nach der Anzahl der Standorte und Prozesse.

    Ja, für die Beantragung eines TC fallen Gebühren an. Die Gebühren sind je nach Region/Land unterschiedlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Ausstellung von TCs mehrere Tage dauern kann. Ihr Control Union Büro kann Sie über den Zeitpunkt der Ausstellung informieren.

    Ja, Sie können Änderungen an Ihrer Zertifizierung vornehmen. Allerdings müssen Sie Ihr Control Union Büro informieren, bevor Sie neue Standorte, Verfahren oder Produkte hinzufügen. Das Büro entscheidet dann, ob eine zusätzliche Bewertung (Aktenprüfung oder Audit vor Ort) erforderlich ist. Für Änderungen an Ihrem Zertifikat fallen Kosten an.
