Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), oft auch als „“Good Agricultural Practice„“ oder „Good Agriculture Practice“ bezeichnet, sind eine Reihe von Grundsätzen und Leitlinien die eine sichere, nachhaltige und verantwortungsvolle Produktion von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen gewährleisten sollen. Diese Praktiken sollen die Lebensmittelsicherheit, die ökologische Nachhaltigkeit und das Wohl der Landwirte, Arbeitnehmer und Verbraucher fördern.
